Body Optimization Metrics and Measurements
In order to optimize something, you need to be able to measure it, measure a baseline, perform some TipsTechniques, and then repeat.
Physiological metrics
With the help of your medical doctor, measure the following for example:
- blood glucose level
- cholesterol
- resting heart rate
- blood pressure
- weight
- ...
Performance metrics
Something simple is good. E.g.
- walking (distance in time)
- or jogging, running, skating, bicyling
- pushups
- weight lifting (max or reps)
- climbing (difficulty or quantity of problems/routes)
- ...
