Body Optimization Problem Statement

 

At some point in everyone's life there comes a moment of realization that the container that you exist in... will not last forever. Or perhaps a reality check - your first bad physical, first doctor's warnings about your health.

 

Then the dieting; then the not-dieting; then the possibly-giving-up-entirely.
